About Thomas Rhett

Born in Valdosta, Georgia and raised near Nashville in Hendersonville, Tennessee, Thomas Rhett followed his father, country artist Rhett Akins, into music, first as a songwriter before launching his own recording career. His 2013 debut single "It Goes Like This" became the first of twenty No. 1s on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, and he's gone on to top the Billboard 200 with albums including *Life Changes* and *Center Point Road*.
