These terms explain the rules for using UK Country Events, including event listings, member accounts, community features and meet-ups.
About UK Country Events
UK Country Events is an independent directory and community platform. Unless we clearly say otherwise, we do not organise, operate, endorse or sell tickets for the events listed on this website.
Event information and third-party links
We aim to keep listings accurate, but event details can change and we cannot guarantee that every date, time, venue, price, availability or external link is complete or current. Check important details with the organiser or ticket seller before travelling or making a purchase.
Links to organisers, ticket sellers, social networks and other websites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and UK Country Events is not responsible for their content, availability, transactions or services.
Accounts and member conduct
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and be at least 18 years old to create a Country Profile. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Treat other members respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or mislead anyone, share another person’s private information, send unwanted messages, or use the service for unlawful or unsafe activity. We may restrict or remove accounts, content or access where needed to protect the community or enforce these terms.
Connections and meet-ups
Connections, group links and meet-ups help members arrange their own contact and plans. UK Country Events does not supervise member-organised meet-ups. Use your judgement, meet in public places, tell someone your plans and report concerns to us.
Content you submit
When you submit a listing, suggestion, profile, meet-up or other content, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You allow UK Country Events to display, format and moderate that content for the operation and promotion of the service.
Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights. We may edit, decline, unpublish or remove submitted content.
Our content and intellectual property
The UK Country Events name, branding, design and original website content belong to UK Country Events or its licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial discovery and community participation, but may not copy, scrape, republish or exploit substantial parts of it without permission.
Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Country Events is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information, attendance at an event or meet-up, contact with another member, third-party websites, or temporary unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version published on this page applies from the date it is posted.
