The Sheepdogs
Built on rich three-part harmonies and dual guitar leads, this Juno Award-winning Canadian outfit fuses Southern rock, groove-driven psychedelia and bluesy barroom swagger into a spirited rock and roll revival.
From Saskatoon to the Charts
Formed in 2004 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, the band broke through in 2010 with their platinum-selling third album, Learn & Burn, and have continued topping Canadian charts with releases including their self-titled 2012 record, Future Nostalgia, Changing Colours and 2022's Outta Sight. The current line-up brings together Ewan Currie on vocals and guitar, Ryan Gullen on bass, Sam Corbett on drums, Shamus Currie on keys and trombone, and Rick Paquette on guitar, drawing on years of relentless touring from Canadian roadhouses to major festival stages.
Hits and Honours
Singles from Outta Sight spent a combined 90 weeks in the Canadian Rock radio top 20, while earlier hits "I Don't Know" and "Feeling Good" went Platinum and "The Way It Is" achieved Gold status. Both Learn & Burn and their self-titled album reached Platinum sales, and the band has picked up four JUNO Awards from eleven nominations.
