Hylands Estate, Chelmsford, Chelmsford, Essex, East of England
About
Following a standout debut, State Fayre returns for a second year, bringing its Americana-flavoured mix of rock, country and folk back to Essex for a three-day celebration of music, food and outdoor living.
Line-up
State Fayre 2027 showcases a broad sweep of country and roots talent, from Kings of Leon and Alanis Morissette headlining alongside The Lumineers, to rising and established names including Kip Moore, Orville Peck, Stephen Wilson Jr., Molly Tuttle, Sierra Ferrell, Avery Anna, Max McNown, Dylan Gossett, Leah Blevins, Kezia Gill and McGrath. Multiple stages keep the music running across the weekend, making it easy to dip between genres and discover new favourites.
The State Fayre experience
Beyond the music, the festival leans into its Southern US inspiration with a large-scale barbecue pit, craft drink stalls, fairground rides and boutique camping options. It's suited to fans who want a full weekend away rather than a single gig — think good food, easy-going company and music from midday until late.
